I am a certified full spectrum doula, certified lactation counselor, and Lamaze certified childbirth educator. I have advanced training as a Kangaroula ( doula training that focuses on the emotional and mental well-being of infants during labor and birth), and I'm a Microbirth Educator. I specialize in Vaginal Birth after C-sections, High Risk pregnancy support, NICU support and breastfeeding. I'm also in the process of becoming a perinatal nutrition coach.
