Shea Lyons

I was drawn to birth work in 2019 and realized it was my passion. I have a deep belief and trust in the wisdom of the body to birth. I follow the mothers lead and help her build a sense of trust within herself. The truth is you have everything you need to birth your baby. I am here to help you navigate the journey and guide you into motherhood. I am doula trained through Carriage House Birth. I am also a Certified Lactation Counselor, and Childbirth Education trained through Birth Advocacy. I had a very positive and empowering home birth experience with my son. I believe bringing a child into this world is one of the most transformative moments in a person's life.
